How do I create an account?

Click "Register" in the top navigation and choose whether you want to buy, sell, or both. You'll need an email address and password. Verification takes just a minute, and then you're ready to go.

How do I contact a seller?

Every item listing and shop page has a "Contact Seller" button. Click it to send a message directly to the seller with questions about an item, shipping, or anything else.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also view order status and tracking details in your account under "Orders."

What's the difference between antique and vintage?

On TIAS, "antique" refers to items 100 years old or older, while "vintage" means at least 20 years old. All items listed must be at least 20 years old—no modern reproductions allowed.

How do returns work?

Return policies are set by individual sellers and vary by shop. Check the seller's policies on the item listing or shop page before purchasing. Most sellers accept returns within 14-30 days if the item is in original condition.
